Monday, September 26th begins Phase 5 of the garage renovations! Levels 1 and 2 of the Plaza side of the garage along with the down ramp from Level 3 to Level 2 will be closed with Phase 5 in effect. Elevator access to Level 2 will remain shut off.
The existing handicap parking spaces on Level 1 closest to the Plaza will be relocated near Stairwell E. Additional handicap parking spaces are also on Level 3. Please see garage staff if you need any assistance with handicap parking.
As you enter the garage from Commercial Street all of the up ramps from Level 1 to Level 4 will continue to have two way traffic lanes on the Foster Street side of the garage. Please take extra caution when driving these ramps.
If you typically like to park on the two lower levels you may find it easier to enter the garage through the truck tunnel. If you enter from the Commercial Street entrance you will notice the right hand ramp to the lower levels will be closed. You will be redirected to the left hand lane to get access to the lower levels. Garage staff will be on hand to assist you should you have any questions.
With the completion of Phase 4, all of the parking spaces on Level 3 and elevator access to Level 3 are now open. However, the Footbridge will remain closed for another couple of weeks. Staging protection will be set up underneath the Footbridge early next week while we make repairs to the floor of the Footbridge.
