Exciting plans are ahead at Mercantile Center! Construction begins today on the first and second floors of 100 Front Street. Temporary partitions displaying renderings of the renovated space will be installed in the common area. This will not impact entrance to the building from either the courtyard or the footbridge. Lucian’s Sandwich Shop will remain open until July, but the escalators will be permanently closed on Tuesday, May 3rd.
