Phase 1 of the Mercantile Center Garage is complete! The roof level 4 on the Foster Street side is now open. Be prepared for closures on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Foster Street side of the parking garage during Phase 2. The traffic pattern will change as you enter and exit the garage. Garage staff will be in the drive lanes to direct you during the transition.
