Franklin Realty Advisors (FRA), the owner and property manager of Mercantile Center, is seeking mural exhibition proposals for a large wall on site.
As part of the Mercantile Center development, a new restaurant is currently under construction at 2 Mercantile Street. The restaurant, known as “Mercantile Rooftop Bar and Restaurant” is scheduled to open its doors to the public in late summer. Adjacent to the restaurant is a large blank wall that serves as the exterior façade of 2 Mercantile. This wall looks out onto Mercantile Street, One Mercantile (formerly the Unum Building), and the DCU Center. As a focal point for the Mercantile Center development, FRA is soliciting ideas for a large mural to enliven this wall.
