Phase 2 of the Mercantile Center Parking Garage is complete! On Monday, July 18, Phase 3 of the garage renovations will begin. Parking on the 3rd level of the DCU side of the garage as well as the left side of the ramp entering Commercial street will now be open.
Phase 3 will close the 3rd and 4th levels of the garage on the Plaza side. Elevator service to these floors will be temporarily suspended. The footbridge will be closed for approximately 16 weeks during renovations.
